A fast placement operation does not remove time spent waiting for a part, resolving a file conflict or approving a test procedure. Separate engineering release, material readiness, production time and transit. Specify whether a quoted date means completed assembly, dispatch or arrival.

A transparent planning example
Suppose engineering release takes two working days, bare boards take four and components take seven after release. If board fabrication and sourcing run in parallel, followed by three assembly days and one test day, the manufacturing scenario is 13 working days. Transit is separate. These are example inputs, not 吃瓜tv lead times.

Request a schedule with the right information
Include quantity, needed-in-hand date, destination, supply model and any parts already available. Explain whether the date is tied to a lab booking, prototype review or production shortage. That context helps evaluate staged deliveries without silently changing the acceptance scope.

This page does not promise a universal 24-hour service. The schedule must be confirmed against files, materials, capacity and the agreed checks.
Is shipping included in assembly lead time?
Not automatically. Confirm whether the quoted date is manufacturing completion, dispatch or arrival; freight and customs can affect arrival.
Can customer-supplied parts make the order faster?
Potentially, if the complete kit is correct and ready for use. Shortages, packaging or handling issues may still delay a build.
Can I remove testing to save time?
Discuss scope changes explicitly. A reduced test scope changes what has been verified and should not be represented as the same deliverable.
