Request a PCB & Assembly Quote
Send your files. Define the scope. Request a quotation.
Start with the PCB or assembly files you already have, the build quantities and the questions you need answered. 勛圖tv reviews the fabrication, sourcing and test scope before confirming pricing and delivery.
No complete file set yet? You can still contact the team to discuss the scope.

Choose the shortest route to your answer
Send the information you already have. A complete design is not required to start the conversation; identify the unresolved choices so they can be reviewed.
| Request | Useful first files | If you do not have them yet |
|---|---|---|
| Bare PCB | Fabrication artwork, drills, outline and stackup | Send dimensions, intended material, layers and the question to resolve. |
| PCB assembly | BOM, placement file and assembly drawing, plus PCB data if included | Identify component supply ownership and any missing parts of the design. |
| Special construction | Regional stackup, critical geometry and test requirements | Attach a concept drawing and state which choices need engineering advice. |
This page does not upload or transmit files. Contact opens a separate page; an email draft is sent only when you send it from your mail application. Downloaded tool summaries must be attached manually. A button click or an estimate is not confirmation that your enquiry has been received.
What the tool actions actually do
| Action | What happens | Your next step |
|---|---|---|
| Calculate or update | Creates a planning result from the current inputs and the model assumptions. | Review units, exclusions and warnings before using the number. |
| Download request or brief | Saves a document to your device; it does not send an enquiry. | Open it, check the revision, then attach it with your design files. |
| Prepare an email | Opens a draft in your mail application. | Add attachments and review the recipient and text before sending. |
| Request a quotation / Contact | Opens the existing Contact page. Tool inputs are not filled into that form automatically. | Paste the relevant scope or attach your downloaded brief, then submit the form. |
For other calculators, see the engineering resources directory. Each model has its own assumptions; a geometric calculation, file checklist and budget answer different questions.
Start with the scope you need
Bare boards 繚 Assembly only 繚 PCB + assembly 繚 Skip estimates and send files
These optional budget models use uncalibrated illustrative rates in USD, not current 勛圖tv prices. Freight, tax and project-specific services may be excluded. A complete quotation requires review of the design and agreed scope.
If the design is still changing, record the assumptions in an early PCB budget scenario before relying on a provisional total.
Optional: PCB manufacturing budget
Choose your board family and fabrication requirements. For a combined build, use Add PCB assembly to this budget to transfer the board quantity and bare-board budget to the assembly section below without leaving this page.
PCB Manufacturing Cost Estimator
Optional: PCB assembly budget
Already have your own material and process allowances? The PCB assembly quantity and unit-cost calculator compares two build quantities with a visible cost basis and downloadable review. Use this page to discuss the combined fabrication and assembly scope or send files directly.
For assembly only, enter the assembly requirements directly. For turnkey planning, first transfer the manufacturing budget above. Combined costs appear only when the board quantity matches. Changing fabrication inputs clears the previous transfer until you transfer the updated budget again.

Send your request for review
Choose the submission method that works for you. You do not need to finish the optional planner before making contact.
Contact the RFQ team
Use the existing Contact page to send your enquiry. Include your project scope and mention the files you want reviewed. If its form cannot accept your file, use the email option alongside.
Email your design files
Attach your fabrication or assembly files to an email. For larger packages, ask the team for a suitable transfer method.
If your project needs an NDA or specific file-handling terms, discuss those before sending confidential design files.
What do you need to build?
Choose the closest scope. Use one RFQ for a combined project; identify who supplies the boards and components.
PCB manufacturing bare boards
Start with fabrication files, quantity, material and stackup. Identify impedance, finish, special vias and any required inspection records.
PCB assembly customer-supplied or partial-turnkey
Include the BOM, placement data, assembly drawing and quantity. Mark the boards and components you will supply. State programming, coating and test requirements.
Full turnkey PCB supply, sourcing and assembly
Combine the fabrication package with the BOM and placement data. Identify approved alternatives, do-not-populate parts and your test acceptance criteria.
Prepare a short RFQ optional
Prepare Your Quote Request
Send the available files, flag the open questions
| Start with | Add when relevant |
|---|---|
| Service and quantity | Prototype and production quantities, delivery target, whether assembly is included. |
| PCB fabrication package | Gerber/drill, outline, dimensions, material, stackup, finish and impedance requirements. |
| Assembly package | BOM with manufacturer part numbers, placement file, assembly drawing and supply ownership. |
| Acceptance requirements | Programming, fixtures, functional tests, inspection records, coating and packaging. |
Keep files on the same revision. An undecided requirement is a question to resolve, not a reason to abandon your enquiry.
From enquiry to an agreed manufacturing scope
1. Establish the scope
Identify the board, sourcing and assembly work required. Flag missing information and proposed alternatives.
2. Resolve engineering questions
Review construction, component ownership and acceptance requirements before committing to a build.
3. Confirm the offer
Check the quoted quantity, included services, exclusions and delivery conditions against your request.
4. Release the agreed revision
Proceed with the approved files and documented changes. A planning estimate is not a production release.
Before you send
Can I request a quote without a complete BOM or Gerber package?
Yes. Describe the project and send the information available. A firm quotation may require additional files or decisions, but you can start the discussion now.
Does the online estimate fix the final price?
No. It is a planning budget. Include the estimate with your files so material, quantity, component sourcing and testing can be reviewed on the same basis.
Will the project planner send my files?
No. It prepares a downloadable request and an email draft. You attach files and send the email yourself, or use the Contact page.
Can I request more than one quantity?
Yes. List the quantities and identify prototype versus repeat-production requirements so the offer can separate setup and production scope.
